3. Why we use it (lawful basis)

To provide the Service and your account (contract); to process payments you authorise (contract); to keep the Service secure and prevent fraud/abuse (legitimate interests / legal obligation); to send transactional messages such as verification and receipts (contract); and, only with your consent where required, to send marketing or referral communications, which you can opt out of at any time.

4. Sharing

We share personal information with: our payment provider (to process payments/payouts); DUPR and other integrations you choose to link; service providers who host and operate the Service under confidentiality obligations; and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

5. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than yours. Where we transfer personal information across borders we use appropriate safeguards as required by POPIA, GDPR and applicable law.

6. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax and payment records), resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, and request a portable copy.
